做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
