人才(cái )队伍(wǔ )建设是提升托育服务(wù )质(zhì )量(liàng )的保(bǎo )障。面对当前托育专(zhuān )业人才短缺这一瓶(píng )颈,长(zhǎng )沙师范学院学前教育(yù )学(xué )院院(yuàn )长张(zhāng )晓(xiǎo )辉建议,从教师(shī )专业(yè )标准体系建(jiàn )设出发(fā ),将(jiāng )托育机构师资纳入其中,提高(gāo )托(tuō )育服务专业化水平;从学历提(tí )升和专(zhuān )业(yè )成长考虑,拓宽专业(yè )人员发展(zhǎn )路径,增强托育机构从业人员对职业的归属感(gǎn )、荣(róng )誉感。
